You can subscribe the doc-tw mailling list (doc-tw@lists.php.net), and
then download the PHP Documentation HOWTO, and follow the instruction in
this doc. If you've got any question, please feel free to ask in both
doc-zh@lists.php.net (SImplified Chinese) and doc-tw@lists.php.net.
