I know that someone has already told you that it was ages since the manual on www.php.net was last built. I can build it on my box without a problem, so there is no syntax error in the manual (afaik).
And second:
In every .xml-file, this line can be found
sgml-default-dtd-file:"../../manual.ced"
How do I build the manual.ced-file? (Trying to get emacs+psgml to work under Cygwin)
