This ties into my context documentation efforts. (which aren't 100%

The manual page for fopen() doesn't mention the ini setting user_agent
which is used to send the User-agent header on open ing HTTP streams.
From 4.3.0 this is default set to nothing in php.ini, before that it
sent 'PHP/4.2.2' (or similar).
