phpdoc_xsl sheets

Hi! With my last commit, phpweb xsl sheets are nearly ready for primetime. The only one problem still here is that the output includes HTML !DOCTYPEs at the top of the files, which should not be there, as the PHP code after them tries to send out HTTP headers. I am on fixing this. Apart from this problem, everything should work fine, the output should look like the html sheet's output, which is said to be all right. And the generation does not take significantly more time then the html_xsl generation (both are ~ half an hour on my machine), clearly below 8 hours. Goba
