The DSSSL sheets we use (1.77 version) are not too old, they were released in
2002 july. There is one newer version, 1.78 which was released 2003 march. But
there is no new localization code in there to support Hebrew. So upgrading
would not help us IMHO. There was some fix in the 1.78 release regarding
Hebrew, but that seems to be some Makefile related problem, and nothing that
can help us build Hebrew docs.
Well, to make them build we can default to the English localization in case of
Hebrew, so the files will be generated. BTW the Hebrew docs are English in
most of the time, so this would help more then how it hurts. And we would get
some time to figure out how to build Hebrew files (especially with xsltproc).
