Hi!
I have prepared a build of phpweb_xsl for download for anyone who has a local
PHP mirror to check. Please drop in the files in place of the normal EN
manual (make a backup of the en manual before it ;), or add it as a secondary
english manual (en2), and test it with going to its URL directly. Ignore the
CVS dirs inside the tgz... The file is 1.7Mbytes, and the same as the output
of "make phpweb_xsl" for English.

I don't have a local mirror, so please provide feedback if it is all right or
not. An URL would also be nice to see for me (till rsync deletes the
'intruding files' :). I don't have a local php mirror set up, I even have no
Apache right now....
