I like your description, it is to the point. A couple
of years ago when I documented that function, I
thought that the examples where enough (the functions
return booleans there), but having that in the
description will be a good thing too.
Like the old teaching technique of repeating things at
least 2 or 3 times so the student will comprehend.
Linux on my home laptop is still not completely
working, so I won't be able to commit the changes,
feel free to do that.
