This install.configure thing is a little confusing and
misleading. The title reads:
Complete list of configure options
Yet it certainly isn't complete. There are some options
listed here that are listed elsewhere, and some that are
not. Shouldn't this list be autogenerated off the other
docs? If so I guess we'd have to rewrite every
configure.xml as to label which <para>'s are actual
configure options...
This topic is sorta on the TODO but as of right now it
seems like a #1 phpdoc priority to me. If someone can
setup how to do it, I can do the dirty work (make
appropriate changes to all the configure.xml's).

P.s. The reason I added it is because a faq was referring
to it. I now see this wasn't a very good solution
and will revert and modify the faq instead. Was
just trying to make 'make test' error free! :)
