From phpdoc/en/language-snippets.ent we have:
<!ENTITY note.no-windows '<note><simpara>This function is
not implemented on Windows platforms.</simpara></note>'>
<!ENTITY note.no-windows.extension '<note><simpara>This
extension is not available on Windows platforms.</simpara>
</note>'>
Maybe it should be called note.no-windows.function instead
but that's not a big deal... :) Anyway, now you know where
language specific entities are defined.
