Hi!
As we agreed on the new PHP documentation license (the Open Publication
license with both options), I would like to replace the current copyright
notice with a new one. This is the 'old' (current one):
=================
This manual is (C) Copyright 1997 - 2003 by the PHP Documentation Group. The
members of this group are listed on the front page of this manual.
This manual can be redistributed under the terms of the GNU General Public
License as published by the Free Software Foundation; either version 2 of the
License, or (at your option) any later version.
The 'Extending PHP 4.0' section of this manual is copyright (C) 2000 by Zend
Technologies, Ltd. This material may be distributed only subject to the terms
and conditions set forth in the Open Publication License, v1.0 or later (the
latest version is presently available at
http://www.opencontent.org/openpub/).

This is what it is going to be, if noone complains:

The first three paras are coming from the Open Publication License's content,
which describes such a reference as 'proper incorporation by reference', if I
understand correctly. The second para is option A, the third is option B of
the license, which I have included as we agreed on it. The fourth para is to
give meaning to the PHP Documentation Group name, and give direct contact
info. The last para stayed the same, as it is still needed, because the Zend
part is from another copyright holder.
As we agreed on this previously, I don't think anybody has objections, but
maybe :)
