I thought the goal was &url.rfc;2020
Right now, we're using &url.rfc;rfc2020.html, which looks worse IMNSHO,
but if anyone disagrees, please speak up. I've already changed all of the
&url.rfc;rfc####.html's to &url.rfc;####, but will hold off on comitting
until a consensus arrives.
