Great work! It seems to me you did something clever to replace the links. If
so, it would be nice to share your cleverness,-), because the translations
teams will need to update their files too. You removed the unsused entities,
but they are still used by the translations. With your removal the links in
other languages will be dead and therefore it would be nice to give them the
chance to update their files as easily and fast.
