I didn't mean to sound so negative but this is a historical
index that should never be touched for any reason. And iirc
simply deleting and readding files loses the CVS history but

Maybe someone else knows how to make this work, the latest
cybermut.xml revision is 1.19 with 1.20 being the delete.
I can get it locally but not force it remotely. Anyone
have experience with this?
