can everyone hold off with removing dead content.... i'm investigating a method to 'regenerate' this kind of content with pecl'ed extensions.

Well, actually there are no removed files in this commit. :) The "configure option movearound operation" is decided to be a valid move (especially to ease the transition of files to go to peardoc). Goba
