But I was talking about PHP 3 options only. Where should they go? Possible solution: Create an appendix for PHP 3 configure options. This could be done once, there are no upcoming changes anymore :-) The configure options for PHP 4 are not clutterd with those from PHP 3. This does not affect the documented PHP 3 only extensions, they will have their correct configure.xml files. Friedhelm
