greek CHM Index tab

Hello all, I noticed that inside the "Index" tab of the greek CHM format the characters are not encoded correctly into greek. Also, the Search sometimes works, sometimes not. For example, the word 'μετατρέπονται' exists in 17.Cookies but doesn't return any results in search. By the end of the week I hope all files will be merged, collected and committed.
