initial solution for the hebrew (arabic can easly use this code)
problems, if no comments next dayes, i'll merge it into the build.
I have not dreamed of such a postparser solution, it would probably be better to have most of this embedded in XSLT. But until someone ports the fixes to XSLT, this will work. I hope you will be around, in case the HTML output format changes slightly which would hurt this parser very badly.
