I have just spent about 2hrs looking for how to generate a key for the
first argument in shmop_open().
I ended up visiting #C on freenode to ask them as the notes on
shmop_open() mentions the API is based on C's shm API, they gave me the
C answer and quick search for ftok meant I had found what I needed.
Could you add a 'See Also: ftok()' to the shmop_open() page and also
perhaps to ref.shmop.php
Aswell as ftok saying its a 'long' int and any number within that range
is fine (for people who don't want to use ftok/use PHP < 4.2.0)
Full docs on ftok would be nice also, sure they can't be long!
