Which parts should be completed first before translating the streams.XXX.xml
files?
Up till now, We translated the great majority of the CHAPTERS directory and
now we begun with the LANGUAGE directory. We try to translate in the order
of chapters display in the Manual and secondly by finishing the content of
the directory which files are being subject of translation. Is it right?
