It appears this page is backwards.
In order for it to appear right, the HTTP headers must indicate
"iso-8859-8-I" (logical Hebrew) instead of "iso-8859-8" (visual Hebrew).
Also, each page must add to it's "Body" part the directive "dir=rtl".
