Hm, I was actually confused with the reference you used to the security chapter. It is actually the security *part*, which explains the problem, as parts are hardcoded into the CHM builder. I have added support for the security part, so further builds will have it correctly hopefully.

The "general" CHM version, not extended one. I found same problem in both English and Chinese CHM manual. I suppose it's in all languages.
