Docmeeting 2003 and license

Hi all, from RFC//2003_meeting_findings.txt [1] <qoute> Rasmus will add a new mailing list (doc-license@lists.php.net) where license questions will be discussed. Anyone, who subscribes to this mailing list can become part of the process, thus eliminating problems with any elections needed to select a few responsible people. </qoute> As actually Joe Orton raised up a qoustion about the doc license [2] , I would like to request to add the above mentionded mailinglist for discussions about this topic.
