#23885 [Com]: PHP requires MySQL installed into c:\mysql folder

In my.cnf section [mysqld] I added default-character-set = german1. Then I got nearly the same error message. After adding default-character-set=german1 in my.cnf section [client] the error message doesn't appear anymore.
