         I downloaded the PHP manual simplified Chinese edition. Unfortunately, I can not use the “Index”. It shows me incorrect character set. (See the attachment). Is this a bug?

This is a known bug. We have not been able to find a way to generate a Chinese CHM with proper a index on a non-Chinese machine. Goba
