Bug description: Wrong Content-Disposition-Header
Description:
------------
The Content-Disposition-Header in the 9. (grey) example box is wrong:
// It will be called downloaded.pdf
header("Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=downloaded.pdf");
// should be:
header('Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="downloaded.pdf"');
RFC 2616 (HTTP/1.1), Chapter 19.5.1:
content-disposition = "Content-Disposition" ":"
disposition-type
[..]
filename-parm = "filename" "=" quoted-string
