Livedocs need to work on all mirror sites from the XML sources of the
documentation so the PHP 5 bundled libxml2 is not an option... Also there
is a lot of work put into the transformation and indexing of the XML in
PHP since we don't need the flexibility and power (and complexity) of
XSLT.
