Hello PHP Documentation,
Me and some fellow PHP programmers here in Latvia are now considering a
translation of PHP manual in Latvian. What permissions do we need and may we
obtain these now from you?
According to openpub license we may translate it and publish it teeling that it
is a modified version of PHP manual (placed on php.net ....) by .... in ...2004.
Am I right?
P.S. Is there any special package of php manual that is specially suited for
translations?
Jazeps Basko.
