I am russain php-developer.
I want to translate at Russian next part of documentation: http://ua2.php.net/manual/en/ref.pcre.php
Because of it I'm interesting in:
1) How can I co-ordinate my work to prevent doing it by several people in the same time?
2) How can I publish the results of my work?
