Documentation HOWTO: Instructions for MacOS X

Attached you'll find patch for the Documentation HOWTO that adds some basic instructions for installing OpenJade and friends on MacOS X. Those instructions have been posted on pear-dev@lists.php.net a while ago and I only put them into DocBook. (I don't own Apple hardware, so I can't test them myself.)
