Please let me reconfirm of your settings?
In your UK machine;
Your locale (from "Settings for the current user"): English(UK)?
System locale (from "Set default..." button): English/Japanese?
In the project file(.hhp);
set the option "Binary Index=No"
And would you send me a copy of chm?
