When we discussed the idea about translating livedocs, Gabor sugested that
we could use entities.
In attach is my simple implementation (3 files):
* phpdoc-diff.txt: diff to the manual.xml.in
* livedocs-diff.txt: diff to style_mapping.php
* livedocs.ent: This file will containt all messages and will go to
phpdoc/$lang/livedocs.ent
I've not added all the messages, because this is just a proof-of-concept
that I would like to discuss with the "livedocs developpers".
