Hello team,
I have a question to the index-list in the chm-version of the php_manual.
I use a german version from "scripts4u.de" of the manual.
In this version are e.g. the functions "switch", "for", "foreach",
etc. of
"Chapter 11. Control Structures" in the index-list.
I missing this functions in the index-list of your chm-file, could you add
this functions?
