The manual is built every two/three weeks. Currently we don't have any place
in order to check things before going live, so you must do it yourself on
your pc.
Before commiting, you should do a make test to make sure you won't brake
things up. You may also checkout livedocs (from php cvs server) in order to
see your changes to the docs before commiting (read the REAME first:
http://cvs.php.net/co.php/livedocs/README?r=1.14).
