Hi guys,
I made a little patch to use a dedicated <refsect1> for XSLT docs.
May I commit it ? I didn't follow php.doc a lot lately, and I don't know
what was the final decision with this switch.
If needed, I'm okay to switch all See Also parts for the english tree.
