The third variant: <!ENTITY example.outputs.above '<para>The above example will output:</para>'> I think there are some more variants... I think that step can standardize that sentence a bit, so: "This will output:" == "The above example will output:"

I think it shoud be : <!ENTITY example.outputs '<para>The above example will output:</para>'> <!ENTITY example.outputs.similar '<para>The above example will output something similar to:</para>'> No need to add more variants, IMHO. didou
