Am marking this bug as bogus because it's a duplicate. The problem seems to be with pages that aren't normally linked in the manual. http://us2.php.net/manual/en/function.shmop_open.php and other shmop functions are in German, and all sidebar links point to the German version of the manual. http://us2.php.net/manual/en/function.shmop-open.php and other shmop functions are in English, and all sidebar links point to the English version of the manual. http://www.php.net/functions and doing a function search for "functions" redirect to http://us2.php.net/manual/en/functions.php which is in German (and all links point to the German manual), while http://us2.php.net/manual/en/language.functions.php is in English. These problems have been confirmed by several other users.
