The importing can be easier done with:
import_request_variables(ini_get('variables_order'));
if (isset($_SESSION) ) {
extract($_SESSION, EXTR_SKIP);
}
Also note that the session behaviour is completely different as
well. session_register() and co. wont behave as if register_globals
was on.
