for example view http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.ftp-rawlist.php   The above example will output something similar to:   It's utf-8 encoded, but the headers sent by the server says ISO-8859-1 For sure I can file a bug report... Should I or is this a kown issue?Where are those utf8 stuff coming from? PHPweb code? Goba
