This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

On the page "Logical Operators" of russian online PHP Manual
(http://ru3.php.net/manual/ru/language.operators.logical.php) in the
table 10-6 "$a || $b" is declared to be the variation of "$a xor $b",
not "$a or $b".
