cpdf_place_inline_image() is available only if PHP was compiled with GD
1.3.x.
Making it documentation problem, as it should be stated somewhere in
the docs.

Description:
------------
I get a fatal error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: cpdf_place_inline_image()
even though php_cpdf.dll is loaded and other cpdf functions are
working.
Reproduce code:
---------------
$cpdf = cpdf_open(0);
cpdf_page_init($cpdf, 1, 0, 842, 595, 1.0);
$logo = imagecreatefromgif(dirname(__FILE__) .
'/gfx/scandinavia_logo.gif');
cpdf_place_inline_image($cpdf, $logo, 50, 700, 0, imagesx($logo),
imagesy($logo), 0);
Actual result:
--------------
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: cpdf_place_inline_image()
