#32037 [NEW]: PECL Extensions have no version info

See for example http://php.net/manual/en/function.rar-close.php Perhaps upgrading the message to say: (no version information, might be only in CVS or a PECL extension) is needed? Or have the versionig script check the PECL tree also - though I don't think this it is possible to tell from the PECL tree itself what versions it is in?
