Page php_manual_de.html has UTF-8-encoded chars although the charset
specified as ISO-8859-1. So Umlauts won't be displayed corretly.

Die Datei php_manual_de.html enthält <META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-type"
CONTENT="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1"> .
Im Text werden jedoch Unicode-Zeichen verwendet, die nach UTF-8 kodiert
sind. Umlaute werden deshalb falsch dargestellt. Um die Seite fehlerfrei
anzuzeigen, muss man manuell die richtige Codierung vorgeben (im IE 6.0
und im Firefox 1.0).
