Xiaoyu, it is not hard. Read the howto. Quite a few people do use the phpdoc system on windows. I wonder how come do you expect instant reactions, while you are refusing to set up the required environment for the translation.

I know it's not hard and I'm really good at Linux/FreeBSD. But my computer is too new (AMD64 KT890 GF6600) and i can not even run fedora's installer (Error then halt :S).
Also Linux and FreeBSD don't support Chinese well and I'd like to edit files under windows.
I've successfully build an enviroment under windows before. But cygwin is huge and I need time to download and install.
So i was too impatient to wait the error report from Derick... No suitable environment for me.
