The manual needs to be rebuilt.
I've fixed all errors, so its safe to build it now :)

FireFox v.1.0.2 I
experienced at charset bug; checking the menufolder 'view/charset' I
could that charset was set to UTF-8 but for the Scandinavian letter
''æ' I could only see a '?'
