What to do with files that don't exist in en-tree?

Hi
I'm updating some files in the de-tree. What to do with files that don't exist in the en-tree? Leave them? Delete them?
Example:
in phpdoc-de there are two files, old and new function names:
msql-dropdb.xml and
msql-drop-db.xml
in the en-version there is only
msql-drop-db.xml
