Hi,
When I use "cvs ci ociinternaldebug.xml",I always get the
following error info:
debian:~/doc/phpdoc/zh/reference/oci8/functions# cvs ci
ociinternaldebug.xml

in /repository/phpdoc-zh/reference/oci8/functions
cvs commit: [07:26:01] waiting for cvs's lock

cvs commit: [07:26:31] waiting for cvs's lock
in /repository/phpdoc-zh/reference/oci8/functions
cvs commit: [07:27:01] waiting for cvs's lock
in /repository/phpdoc-zh/reference/oci8/functions
cvs commit: [07:27:31] waiting for cvs's lock

So,I can't commit my change.
What's the trouble?
