Hi,
I've never used the gd extension, but the gd manual (http://www.boutell.com/gd/manual2.0.1.html#gdImageCreateTrueColor) clearly states:
"Truecolor images are always filled with black at creation time".
So, I don't think there is a bug here.
Nuno

The description area of function:imagecreatetruecolor ( int x_size, int y_size )should read:returns an image identifier representing a blank image ofsize x_size by y_size A small point perhaps, but confusing because the function is specifically for color images and the incorrect text implies B&W.
