This is fixed on the generated site, but the documentation's sources
still do strange things with character sets.

The swedish documentation is in ISO-8859-1 format but the HTTP header
says it's in UTF-8 format.
This makes all swedish characters look like a question marks (bad
unicode) in all standards-compliant browsers (IE is not
standards-compliant in this case so it works there, but Firefox and
Mozilla are).
