Compare original descriptions of array_merge() &
array_merge_recursive() and see that they are almost similar.

1) Russian description of the "array_merge()" is same as
"array_merge_recursive()"
2) The translation of this two functions are very bad at all.
'ÑлиÑÑ' is not a programer's termin.
