it runs ! I was only a little bit stupid and have not seen your
comment.
for germans/für Bundesbürger:
Mit der rechten Maustaste auf die heruntergeladenen Datei klicken und
im Popup-Menü die Eigenschaften wählen. Dort dann unten bei Sicherheit
auf Zulassen klicken. SP2 für Windows lässt grüssen.
